Display Effective Stress and Slices: The effective normal stress over the critical circle can be displayed.  The slices and porewater pressure can be displayed as well.  This option can be useful in case tensile stress tends to develop over the slip surface.  The user may introduce a tensile crack. Hence, a rational tool is provided to determine the depth of the tension crack that is likely to develop so as to produce only compressive normal stresses.
